We welcome any abstracts that cover new or recent academic study on the issue of science advice and/or science diplomacy, or that links with the various themes of the main conference.

For more detail, download the Call for Abstracts in English or French

Abstracts will be accepted in English and French but at the conference presentations will have to be in ENGLISH

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: All abstracts must be submitted by Tuesday 24th March at 23h59 (UTC)

INGSA2020 - Submission of Abstract

Use this form to submit an academic abstract for consideration for the INGSA2020 ACADEMIC RESEARCH MEETING - Thurs 17th September - Montreal, Canada.
  • If possible, please provide a link to an academic page. This will assist us in validating your application.
  • This email address should match the email address you have used to register for the main conference. If you use an academic email address it will be easier for the conference team to validate your application and will streamline the approval process.
  • Please select your primary country of work and residence.
  • Which of the themes in the "Call for Abstracts" does your research best sit under? This is just a guide to assessors and will not affect how your abstract is judged. See the Call for Abstracts for details of the themes.
  • INGSA2020 will have a very limited budget to assist with travel expenses. It is expected that most delegates will be able to use their own institutional money to attend. If you know that you will not be able to attend the conference without assistance, please indicate below and we will consider the request.

If you have any trouble using this form, or you do not see a confirmation page following your submission,
