“Science advice for public policy: A multi-level perspective”

The seminar brings together scientists from the Stockholm Environment Institute, Tufts University and the University of Massachusetts who are currently involved in science advice and will distill key lessons that can be considered in the development and the environment arenas. There will be three presentations: a comparative analysis of financing clean energy innovation between China and the United States; science, technology and innovation in the African Union’s Agenda 2063; and, the future of scientific advice to the United Nations. The presentations will be followed by a moderated panel discussion involving Q&A interactions with the audience.
