Overview: The German Government continues its request that citizens refrain from private travel and visits, including those by relatives. This also applies to domestic and national day trips. The worldwide travel warning is maintained.

Accommodation offers in Germany continue to be only allowed for necessary and expressly non-tourist purposes.

Furthermore, a two-week quarantine continues to apply to all persons entering and returning to the country. For the movement of goods, commuters and other occupational travellers, entering and leaving Germany will continue to be possible in principle as before.
