Overview: The Ministry of Education released stricter guidelines for cram schools to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including keeping students at distances of 1-2 metres from each other, providing hand sanitizer, and requiring masks for students and teachers.

Schools found to be in breach of these guidelines would be subject to group activity bans. Repeat violators would face fines of up to 3 million won (US $ 2,400)
