Overview: A government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Erala Tugzhanov visited five regions of Kazakhstan. The Deputy Prime Minister personally visited TB dispensaries and infectious disease hospitals in each region. Hospitals have undergone preparation in advance of Covid-19 patients. Hospitals for isolation have been designated in regions of the country. Border quarantine stations have been established, medical workers have been trained and provided with personal protective equipment.
