In November 2018, at the biennial INGSA conference in Tokyo, it was announced that a new chapter—INGSA North America—would be launched under the leadership of Dr. Rémi Quirion, Chief Scientist of Québec and Vice-Chair of INGSA. A milestone discussion of relevant stakeholders and opportunities for the chapter was held at AAAS 2019 in Washington, DC. Since that time, stakeholder mapping and landscape analysis have continued to advance.
Much of this work is being sourced directly through community input. If you would like to include yourself in the stakeholder map, you can do so using these tools:
–For institutional stakeholders: https://forms.gle/F1BWruDCiWuYnETe7
–For individual stakeholders: https://forms.gle/yxQXALQw4Ecw6BTM9
Please feel free also to create entries for others, or—better yet—to encourage them to participate directly by creating their entries themselves.
Early in 2020, a needs analysis survey will also be opened up; it will be circulated to the stakeholders in the map and also made available on this page. Stay tuned for updates.
Results to date will be presented and discussed at AAAS 2020 in Seattle; exact details about this activity will follow, once again in mailouts to the stakeholders and on this page.
